I've used quite a few of the features on my '02 MB S600 Sport, except of course, the safety restraint system.
The voice command feature is a useful way of using the radio/navigation system without having to take your eyes off of the road.
The ABC, (Active Body Control), eliminates ALOT of body-roll when maneuvering agressively around a corner, or for sudden lane changes at highway speeds.
The hydraulic lift system is very useful when negotiating speed bumps in parking lots. Press it once, it lifts 3/4", press it again, another 3/4" lift. Press twice more to return to original ride height.
The massaging seats are very useful after a long day of separating aircraft. Both heated and cooled, driver's choice.
I could just go on and on, but I'll save everyone the boredom.

I think I've used most of my features at least once to try them out, except the air bags, and i don't plan on using them either! Cruise Control I'll use every now and then just to be sure it still works.

In response to "lost carolina"s answer...I've used an airbag before lol. I don't really use the cruise control very much...not too fond of it.
