And also what is the endometrial thickness should??? What is endometrial. My measurement is 7 mm is it normal??? What are the normal sizes for the ovaries??? Both of them???

The non-pregnant uterus is about the size of a small pear. Endometrial is the skin of the uterine wall; it could also refer to the fluid inside the uterus. It's thickness is the same as your outer skin. The normal ovaries are the same size as testes, smaller than a kiwi.

a uterus is about the size of a small pear. and a similar shape too. like an upside down pear. i don't know about the other stuff.
