The movie is about friendship spanning over two decades..Beaches is the greatest friendship movie ever! Maybe oneday I can have a friendship like theirs..

You're so right, what a great movie about friendship. 2 people that were total opposites, but their bond from childhood is what kept them together. Yep, it's a tear-jerker alright. I really like Bette Midler, but I never thought that her and Barbara Hershey would work so well together. Another great movie from Garry Marshall

Yes.I saw it.But I saw very little use for Barbara Hersheys character.That movie was all Bette Midler.It wasn't too good in my opinion.

Good Movie. Not everyone is blessed with friends like that but if you are.. definatly hang on to it.

yup its a sad movie alright but whats sadder is it happens every day and to some people who dont have such good friends, hope ya find it one day :)
