mine is from drowning. i have dreams about tidal waves and am afraid of them to the point where i wont live in a district/area if its near the beach in case i cant escape whena tidal wave occurs.
drowning is my most feared whats yours..

To have my friends and family tortured in front of me, then burt almost to the point of death, and then being tossed off a building that'll take me five minutes to reach the ground.

i'd have to say dying where you are helpless and people know you are in a bad situation, but they can't help you. For example, you are in your house, and something happens, you trip and fall, and sever an artery somehow. Nobody knows you are there, and you can't get up and call anyone, because you can't move, because you've also broken your back, or something. Or you were in a car wreck, and the car is on fire, and the seatbelt is stuck, and you can't get out. The fire is getting bigger, and their is gas leaking from a ruptured gas tank, and everyone just stands around and in shock because they can't help you or they could die if the car explodes.

Being stuck somehow beside a massively huge rusty old metal ship in cold dark choppy water. Im shivering with cold and fear, and then I get sucked under and chopped to bits by the massive building-sized propeller. And nobody notices.
Damn maybe I should call a shrink.

mine would have to be getting stabbed in the stomach and bleeding on the inside so i have to suffer for so long and the doctors cant stop my bleeding so i suffer until i run out of blood

and slowly knowing you are going to die.

Mine is from getting hit by a car, unless it's instant and i don't feel anything. Anything that involves pain, wuss when it comes to pain
