I know I do.Sometimes I feel lonely..Just seven months ago I finally figure out what was missing in my life.. I would love to have a female friend..Someone I can get to know and have a good friendship with! I am 23 years old and I am not gettin any older LOL..Is there anyone else out there who feels the same?

It's very difficult after you leave school to keep hold of your friends. Everyone goes off in different directions and you soon lose touch with them. Even now that I'm married I feel the need for a female friend to confide in and just hang out with now and again. I'm stuck in the same boat as you I'm afraid. It seems that co-workers feel that it's not right to become friendly with each other for some reason. It's tough but good luck on finding a best friend.

Yes i feel the same way. I am 26 F in MA and the only time i had a best friend was when i was under the age of 12. My cousin was my best friend and then she moved an hour away and we stopped hanging out after age 14. Now I never see her or talk to her because she moved out of state when she turned 18.
I have friends but I never consider them BEST friends and they dont seem to want to call me best friend either. I dont even know what a best friend is like anymore. I think a best friend is someone who doesnt disappoint their friend and who cares, listens, and comforts their best friend when they need them. But sadly none of my friends are like that.

I don't wish for a best friend because I have 4 best friends. I consider myself the luckiest person in the world to have them. ^_^ Good luck on find a best friend!

i know... im in highschool and i had 2 best friends but they both moved in the summer... i don't know what im going to do this school year, it'll take me a while to make new friends cuz im a shy girl.
