Love has so many meanings, To love your mom is one way or to love your best friend and another is to love doing something or going somewhere, You can love your favorite food, favorite movie, or husband or wife, you can love life itself! What is love? Love is more than a liking, Love is a feeling of greatness. Love gives pleasure. Love enriches our lives. There are so many degrees of love, Love comes from within or is given, you can't buy love! Love is truly a wonderful thing, we are made to love and to be loved! There is a thin line between love and hate. Have you ever heard of that? Well it is true, as both feelings are so strong and so similar sometimes you can't tell them apart. Love means to die for that person. I love my husband and i would die for him.

'Love' has a very fine defination in the Holy Bible....as per one of the New Testament Books....and no 'it's' not seeking to 'die-for'....then someone-else gets a future.....love gives life.....'and the sexual aspect AFTER marrige'......read some Poetry...'it's' all about 'love' ( or views there-of in 'it's' shortest form )...love of amimals,the outdoors,family,friends,actions of an successfull endevor....etc...

There is no real answer to this question but what I have learned of what love is to me and that is the word LOVE itself holds the answer.......
(L)isten: and validate them by hearing and empathizing.
(O)verlook: their minor character flaws as they will overlook yours.
(V)alue: who they are and what they mean to you.
(E)xpress: how you love them not just with words but with actions.
