okay, my friend(girl) is turning 17 so im helping her plan a dance party.. we have a dance hall rented and we are going to get a dj too.. we decided the theme is gonna be "My White Tee" like the song.. and make everyone where white tee shirts if they want to get in the doors.. inside we are gonna have blacklights everywhere so that the shirts stand out.. we were thinking about maybe getting a fog machine or bubble machine to make it interesting.. for decorations we were thinking of airing up hundreds of white and black balloons to cover the entire ceiling.. and we bought black light paint if anybody has an idea of what it could be used for?? i hope this gives you a pretty good idea of what we are thinking of... but we would LOVE to have many more ideas... thanks!!

maybe you guys can put up paper one a wall and have people wish ur friend hapy birthday or w/e with the paint like a giant card
