I have two web pages at the same server. I can login into one but not the other. The login in page says ther is a problem with my id and pass word. Yet I contacted the server and they say m account is still there and I should be able to login in to it. I looked and I am spelling everything right. The web page server insists it is the server I signed on to the enternet with. How can my main server effect them. It's the web server that logs you in and out of your tools for your web page. How can my main server make it not recoghize my password and ID?

possibly a cookie on your computer if you are saving your name or password - you can try deleting your cookies.

Have they tried to reset your password for you at least?
