Just wear it, the Sox are swooning as usual this time of year. Varitek, Clement, Wakefield and Nixon are on the DL. Those are players the Sox can't afford to lose, even for a couple weeks this time of year. Beckett has been saved by the offense all year long. That can't continue. Unless the Yankees collapse the Sox are going to be pressed to make the playoffs. Tigers, Angels, Rangers, Whitesox and Rangers are all in the mix for the wildcard and with Clement out for the season apparently and Wakefield on the shelf, Wells throwing some horrible games. Things are looking pretty dim for the Redsox this year. I expected them to do well this year but key injuries at the worst possible time and ineffectiveness has put them in a tough spot right now.

Don't wash it, run over it with your car, throw it in a mud puddle, wear it next time you go for a run, let your kids or little brothers and sisters play with it. Just beat it up some. But if your going to try washing it, do it this was, wash it once, and then see if it looks the way you want it to, if it doesn't, wash it again, and then see if it looks the way you want it to... Just keep doing that until it reaches the desired coloring.

Wait a minute, your hat should look as dingy as hell. So I wouldn't wash it, I would throw it around in your backyard, give it to your dog, WEAR IT to the gym.
Break it in as if you've been wearing it for years. Washing it will just make it lose it's color and shape.

Drop it off a clift,
through it in a river,
use it as a pillow,
set it aflame,
put the fire out
then u will def not look like a bandwagoner
