Yes I used to and now I seriously regret it. Take my advice and don't use the sunbeds, you'll thank me one day. I'd like to think I could stop someone else making the same mistake as I did. HTH.

If by Sunbed you mean tanning booth, then no. Why risk getting cancer?

i do just because i don't have time to go lay out in the sun. i go at lunch three to five times a week for 20 mins. but i started at 8 mins three times a week and went up a few minutes a week just to get use to it.

I do in the spring to get a base for when I go surfing through the summer. Helps me from burning too much later.

they are great for a much needed tan. depends on the bed sometimes 3-4 times a week

I use them. I go about once a week, or once every other week if it's summertime. If I'm going away somewhere, and it's winter, I'll go a few times a week to build up a tan.

nope. it increases your risk for skin cancer b/c you are pretty much doubling the amt of time you spend in the 'sun...' fake or not. it also, over extended amts of time, makes your skin look like leather when you get old. thats disgusting. i'm not going to make myself look like leather and cancer just for a tan that no one will remember i had by christmas

Horrible things. A really good way to get skin cancer. I think fair skin is sexier.
