If you just want normal jeans and t-shirts , go to Target or Walmart, and you can get a LOT for cheap money. If you want certain styles and the "in" stuff, go to your local mall.. and go to JC Penny, Hot Topic and stores like that. PS.. people care more about YOU than they do about your clothes.

I could list all sort of stores that sell clothes, but it's up to you (and your parents) where you're going to shop. You have your style preference and pretty much know what you will and won't wear.
Where does your mom want to take you? Go to the mall and check things out. Go to WalMart or Target or Kohls or TJMaxx or Goodwill or Salvation Army. Any of these would work, but are you willing to go to them?
Keep in mind WHO'S paying for the clothes!

Abercrombie is the best. Old Navy is cheap and The Gap is preppy. If you are on a tight buget, go to Hollister. Walmart is nerdy.

Invset in a pair of good fitting denims from miss 60 or diesel and buy tops from the street shooping, tops make more fashion statement so need not spend much on them, whereas bottoms give class to the whole attire so you need to be good there.
