Paid surveys can put a few spare change in your pocket, but it is not enough to live on. And I mean spare change.

The rule, as always, is to stay away from those that ask you to pay before you can get these surveys.

Legitimate market survey companies such as Pinecone Research recruit members based on demographic characteristics -- e.g. mothers of babies 0-12 years old -- and will send surveys of products and services targeting this demographic group. Pinecone Research, however, pays only $5 per survey -- you're definitely not going to be rich with that. They can give you anywhere from 1-5 at most surveys in a month.

Other companies simply ask you to answer as many research as possible, and you don't earn anything just the chance to win at a raffle (which I find lame).

I have heard that Cashcrate works as does Surveysavvy,

However, i am very wary of online job/survey stuff now, having been duped twice,

i suggest u check out the legitimacy of the job/survey u r joining,

Some widely used resources for checking them are the Better Business Bureau (www.bbb.org) and the national fraud center (www.fraud.org).

These days, you can easily find out more about a company using the Internet in a few minutes. From a company's website, you can get details about its ownership, how old the company really is and feedback from the company's customers.

You can find more detailed information about a company at

all the best :)

They really are all scams. Don't waste your time on any of them.

If you want to sit on your machine at home and make money, there are a few good opportunities, but none of them involve:
- MLM
- Get paid to survey
- Get paid to click

eBay can be your friend if you have anything at all to sell (people even sell used clothing on it, and junk you can pick up at garage sales can work too).

Make sure you create an email address seperate from the one you use because they will send about 3 emails a day.
