yep that ab guy chuck norris, better yet u ...............u look in the mirror and say yes i can!!!!!!!! think richard simmons and nutty proffeseior , then do u some sit ups sit backs bend this way bend that way, only dvd u need is the will power to do it squats and things like that u dont need to waste money with a dvd.... just rember all those skinny girls bodies that will get u going put a skinny girl pic up and burn that weight away... and 1 and 2 and 3 and 4 there u go and 5 pick it up and 6 and 7 u can do it just put ur back into it and 8 and 9 keep it up u will be trim in no time and 10 lets do it all over again
