I can't honestly say what the movie is, but I can say with much certainty that I don't think the movie you're looking for is Aeon Flux. Aeon Flux because it's been out on DVD for at least a month. Also the basis of the movie isn't the fact that they can't have babies anymore and one woman gets pregnant. The plot is the fact that the Aeon (Charlize Theron) is having conflicting feelings with the ruler of the known world she's supposed to assasinate. The fact that her sister [and many other women] becomes pregnant although the surviving race is supposedly infertile is just a side plot until 3/4 of the way through the movie.

aeon flux? im sure my spelling is really off, but that was part of the plot in that movie...however, it has come out, its a new release, but it has come out.
