Well, I am a girl, so I would be more comfortable with just people talking to me first. It can be about anything, television shows, school, careers, and if the girl seems receptive, then just keep talking to her. The only best way to make a friend is to have good communication with them. Good luck!

take up dancing lessons, you'll find some nice females out there and they're friendly and patient. try it.
