I recently suspected that someone spit in my food. I ordered some food at the Wendy's drive thru, and asked for "no mayonaisse" and the server said really sarcastic "that doesn't have mayonaisse" in a pissed off tone. At the window some workers in the back peeked out and laughed, and the server said "enjoy your food.." and laughed in a sarcastic manner. I checked the food and just could not eat it, I know they did something nasty to it. What do you think?

If you were in doubt you should have gone back and went in and talked to a manager and told the manager what happened and how you felt. That's the problem with eatting out at fast food or any restaurant you just never know when someone is going to do something to your food. You just hope they don't.

It's possible of course. Go with your gut feeling. Don't eat something you're suspicious of. However it's seems weird that they would do something to your food just because you asked for no mayo. It's not like you brought back food for them to remake and cursed them out and they were out for revenge or whatever.
When I was younger I worked at Burger King and I can honestly say I never did anything nasty to anyone's food no matter how rude they were. The only thing I have done is if the person requested extra ketchup or mayo or pickles or whatever on their burger...and they were really obnoxious about it, I'd put an extreme amount on there so most likely it would dump out onto their laps with the first bite. Haha! But spit on someone's food? NEVER!!

Move to Guatemala, in fast food restaurants there it is a job requirement to be good looking, nice, and respectful towards the customers. I was impressed when I ate at McDonald's there they even took my tray and dumped it in the garbage can when I was done, opened the door when I was leaving, etc.

Most likely. Fast food places are really no good, especially when the teenagers are working there.
For example, there are kids that go to my school that supposedly spit in the french fries when they're working at McDonalds. Pretty disgusting if you ask me. :(

I think you're right and I'm glad you didn't eat it. You might have taken it inside and asked to speak to a manager for a replacement (only if you could see it being prepared), otherwise a refund of your money.

Don't eat it. Call and ask to speak to the manager and tell him how you feel, and get your money back
