Ck. with a nutitionist before taking advice from strangers...Wieght gain can still be healthy if you are under wait...Do not consume mass amounts of carbs, because they will not give you the type of good fat cells you need. Weight gain can also be obtained through protein into muscle fiber, which is the best way to go...

dont eat all that junk people are telling you .. you want to gain weight, not get diabities.. I think you should try to eat at least 100 more calories than you normally do. Drink protein shakes, eat in more amount than what u use too. and do it slowly. anything that is too fast is probrally not that healthy.

pastas with cream sauces like alfredo have always made me gain weight. I think anything italian is gonna help with that. It's really the carbs that you are after so pastas and things like that will help with weight gain.

candy, junk food, sweets. that is good for gaining weight and fried foods and fast food. don't gain too much weight and good luck!
