Every day I take two to three dose of tablets for pain. I am worried that my baby will be harmed.

Acetominophen was introduced partially for women who could not take aspirin during pregnancy. Unless times have changed since I had babies 20-some years ago... it is safe.

Just don't overdo any kind of medication during pregnancy.
Take it only when really needed.

I live on Tylenol due to headaches and pregnancy induced carpal tunnel. Your baby will be fine... You shouldn't take more than 4 a day though. Ummm the person below me is WRONG Reye is cause by ASPIRIN and salicylate drugs (found in alot of facial cleansers), not acetaminophen. Just don't take aspirin or ibuprofen

If you're in bad pain, ask your doc for hydrocodone. It is ok for pregnant women if taken as prescribed. It is better bc it has tylenol and a low dose of narcotic, (which means you don't need as much medicine to be free from the pain.)

Acetametophen/ (Tylenol) is very safe to take when pregnant.

However, since you don't specifically state what your pain is, and since you're taking it on a daily basis - I would strongly suggest consulting your OB.

You'll need to work on the reason why you're having pain.

The fetus wil grow two extra arms and hands which is no cause for alarm, he or she will be in much demand later on for employment requiring hand labor.

My OBGYN told me I could start taking Tylenol for pain (I'm 6 weeks along.) It should be fine, but contact your Dr. if you are unsure :)

If you are worried STOP taking them. Talk to your OB doctor before taking any kinds of meds.
