guys i got a problem with my yahoo chat ...?

hi .
im trying to open the yahoo chat rooms but every time i wanna enter a room i get a little box says (request was refused) i tried every thing even re-installing the yahoo messanger ... please help i dont know what got into it , it was fine yesterday ...
