Ibprofun. Also, there is a health food pill made of yams that I took once that worked. And also, putting a hot pad on your abdomen where the cramps are really works well.

Try this. Eliminate ALL citrus from your diet while menstruating. No orange juice. No lemon or lime or any kind of citrus product at all. It will help with the cramps. I swear, it really works.

I've been looking at your questions, how come so many are the same, but worded differently. Is that a way of getting more points, since you vote on the best answer 3-4x's ???? ~ What people will do for points............................Oh, by the way, I don't have cramps. ~

Aleve or naproxin. It Really, really works. And while you wait 10 minutes for it to kick in, sit in a comfy chair with a heating pad on your back or wherever it hurts worst.

Anything with Ibuprofen. Cramps really suck, sometimes medication doesn't help me at all.

Advil and a heating pad.
Oh-- and if they are really bad, a box of Kleenex, chocolate, popcorn (for that salty/sweet craving) and my remote control to the TV.
