Most of the time the ballon is just a gimmick to get you to look at the car. Car lots will usually put balloons on cars that are priced higher to get your attention. But usually they will give your the balloon if you ask. Most time they will cut it off.

This is such an important question. If the price of the balloon is included in the price of the car and they refuse to give you the balloon, I call that a rip off. If you claim your balloon and they don't want to give it to you, I suggest that you sue the company and bring the fact to the attention of the media.

haha sometimes i steal the baloon and don't buy the car or steal the car and pop the baloon.

I've done this once i went to a car dealer ship with my friend to drive her car home and brought scissors with me and everytime the dealer looked away i cut a ballon off.

It took him a while to realise it
