Literally it means "Little Lola" with the -ita ending in Spanish indicating a diminutive form of the name Lola. I love the song "Whatever Lola Wants" sung by Gwen Verdon in the musical - "D--- Yankees" with the lyrics written by Richard Adler and Jerry Ross. They don't actually swear in the musical - it's just a phrase to describe the baseball team that gets used maybe once or twice. The song is pretty cheesy and is meant to be a temptation to Joe, but it doesn't work.
