I am gay and I must say that I never have worn ballet flats. Ever. And I never plan to. When I was in ballet as a child I always wore toe shoes, not flats. Scheesh. As a fashion trend researcher, I must say that ballet flats on men are a big no-no. Especially with skinny jeans. But that combo is great on women!

Well if by ballet flats you mean condoms.... then no.
but if by ballet flats you mean a swimsuit model ...then yes and if by wear you mean make sweet sweet love to then oh yea.
