No good friends?

Question

I'm 17 years old in high school, and i'm a pretty nice guy, i'm not mean to people, and i'm also quiet. Why is it that it seems like people don't appreciate me? It seems like no one wants to hang out with me or anything. I do have people I talk to but it seems like when they are around other people they dont know me? What do you think is the deal? should i just say f*** them and be independent? NO RUDE ANSWERS PLEASE!!

in high school, you will only meet 0.05 people that will change your life in a posititve way, excluding the teachers. go independant. but don't anti-socialize yourself. it's ok to be a loner in school, but be active within your community. coach a little league, join a team, take dancing lessons, work out at public gyms(lots of eye candy) be involved in something...big. then people will be inspired by you, which is, by far, worth way more than "friends from high school"

same thing happens to me , i mean all my real friends moved to other schools . i have alot of friends if you can call them friend i mean they believe every rumor of me but u know what f** them i know it in't true ...but i learned to be independent and move on for there is no real friends in the world they act like ur friends but once you turn ur *** around they back stab u

your friend should know you and who you are and you seem to being you for real. and seem that they don't like it oh well, I am male and I don't mind being your friend but plm is my english sucks becasue I am deaf. I don't hear words everyday. i only see signs lang. and others.

But yeah dump them that not a true friend at all. plain and simple. There are true friends out there whould be your friend no matter what.
