No, my Dear One, a transgendered male could not become pregnant. The operation would have given him a vagina but not a uterus nor ovaries. For those you've got to either be a hermaphrodite (both male and female genitalia either internal or external) or one of us lovely Ladies.

i trust in transgendered rights so do not get me incorrect, yet I do have a situation with each and every man or woman asserting "a guy had a touch one" even as he became born a lady. it truly is a misinform make people imagine a guy had a touch one, this man or woman has a vagina and a uterus so them having a touch one isn't any more beneficial particular than any lady having a touch one. I genuinely don't have any situation with a lady residing as a guy legally or not yet I genuinely have a situation even as people make a huge deal out of someone having a touch one even as tens of millions do it favourite.

Absolutely not, he is only female on the outside not the inside. If u r born a male u will always be a male on the inside no matter what u do to the outside.

No, even after a successful gender reassignment surgery and hormone replacement a male to female transsexual is not able to reproduce. She is still lacking the necessary internal plumbing needed... Gender reassignment surgeries are not done for the purpose of reproduction... its done to help our outside appearance match then inside
