Are you referring to the game "Cannonballs"? I used to have that game loaded on my other computer about two years ago.
It's where you can shoot cannonballs at other opponents and you have to triangulate their positions.
I did some research and that's the link below. I think there's some download information.
At the time I had gotten it from Wild Tangent (wildtangent.com), but they don't seem to be selling it anymore.

there's a funky pastime style of like that referred to as magic pen. there is yet another one the place you may get the ball to the golf green container with basically drawing strains referred to as paintball the sport desire i helped
