im in track and field. but thats till the spring..and right now..im undecided...as to what sport to join in the fall to help me get ready for track and field...since track and field is months away...i want to join either one of these sports..but which one will help me the most for track and field.......cross country or tennis??? what do u think????

cross country will help running, but tennis can help with building leg muscle and agility to improve spriniting in spring track and field

Depends on what events you are looking to compete in next season...If it is any kind of sprinting stay away...far away from cross country. Long distance runners can do cross country, sprinters or jumpers...tennis is the best of the two.

Cross country if you run anything from 800m up, Tennis if you do anything from 400 down, or jumps or hurdles, football/rugby if you do field

cross country. or try to find a school that has an indoor track season
