IN your Browser window, click on Tools,Internet Options, Click on DELETE FILES and CLEAR HISTORY

Have a close look at the icons on the tool bar. Can you see a small black upside down triangle at the side of every icon, well if you click on it a drop down menu will appear with all sorts of things on it.
The one you want is on the left of the search box. look for options and personalize your tool bar.
you can also highlight the search and press delete on your keyboard.

Click start
run
type - regedit
click ok
click edit
click find
type - mru
after the search dialogue disappears, right click the key in the right side window
click delete
press the f3 key
repeat as necessary

go to tools at top of screen, internet options, then delete cookie temp file, and temp internet files, also open the google tool and delete if there is something there.

download ccleaner (.com) (cra%cleaner) it cleans alot of stuff including cache. passwords, temp files, documents, etc. All selectable. Good stuff. other than that, all the above. Remember history in Mozilla.

control panel, then internet options, then towars the bottom there is a clear history button, click that

depending on your browser use the TOOLS then OPTIONS command and look for CHRONOLOGY
there should b a clear button
press and your memoirs are wiped!

it seems that yahoo has added something that says "clear" for any sites you have been searching...it is along the toolbar on the left hand side. i guess that's what you mean...
