AOL Tech Support: (east indian accent) I understand that you have feelings of living previously around the year 1880? Am I correct?

You: Thats what the hell I just said.

AOL Tech Support: Then, I recommend that you build a wooden cage around yourself and pretend you are in the circus whilst watching Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade. Can I be of any more assistance to you? OK, you have a most excellent day.

All joking aside... I think this is very real. Start of by reading a book called "A Still, Small Voice" & "Relax, Its only a Ghost" (links below)... They dont have everything to do what youre going through. But they are fun to read and might even open your eye a bit. You probably did live during that time period in a previous life OR quite possibly you knew someone who lived during that time period.. your grandparents or a great grandparent perhaps.

My very best advice I can possibly give is to buy a Ouija board ASAP (I prefer antique wood boards) and try to contact any spirits living in your house with you and see if they can get to the bottom of it all.

Feelings can be very subjective and are often wrong, so I don't know why you feel that way. Maybe it's a random, passing feeling. Some people feel that they can fly, and they end up in parking lots, in pieces. I feel like a cheeseburger, and I'll probably get one. If you're trying to imply that you believe in reincarnation, and that you previously lived around 1880, then there's no good way to tell that I know of. I do not believe in reincarnation, and so I think you feel that way because of some error in your thoughts, or maybe the misinterpretation of a real feeling.

Unless you knew exactly what the 1880s were like before you actually learned about them, then you were not there (i.e. reincarnated, I assume). Most likely you learned about the 1880s, and some aspect of that time struck an instinctive genetic cord in you that the traits of that time 'feel more natural', or perhaps triggered subconscious memories of some place that you visited that has traits like those of the 1880s.

I am a believer in past lives, which explains the way we feel about our fears, and our feelings about other cultures, or cities, or places in the world that we feel a connection to. Many of us has more than one past life, that we may have a connection to different areas within the world or in our country. It makes each and every one of us so unique, and interesting, and want to find out more about the world and ourselves. Even our dreams tell us information about ourselves, and we must pay close attention to these, and our feelings. There are many books out there that can explain about past lives, and have proof in many cases of people under hypnosis speaking foreign languages, and even being able to play instruments, that in this life have no clue how too! You probably did live back in the 1880s in at least one life!

Intuition. I feel I lived in Italy in medieval times. But I have no way of knowing if there is any truth to it. Maybe its just a sub-conscious fantasy - strutting around in tights and a codpiece in some picturesque town in sunny Italy. Or maybe some of us do come back to earth to have another go at life. What good would it do us if we knew for sure anyway? It's best not to made too much of it, don't look back, and get on with the present life.

For the same reason I feel like I have lived in St Paul and have never before stuck a toe in that city.
