I have asked this question a lots of times but the most of you misunderstood me,i wanna translate the text which is spoken by the actors,not where is the button for subtitle... I hope you can answer me helpfully...Thanks.

You need to use program like SubtitleTool. It has player on it, so you play the movie and stop to write subtitles where needed.

Rach12 is correct, but some DVD don't have subtitles at all. If you know what your gonna rent or buy before go to the video store you can always check these sites to see what languages the movie & subtitles are in.

it needs to be a dvd and then you can go to languages, press subtitles and pick the language you want the text to translate into. on some media centers for example mine ( i have a dell) they have 50 languages its pretty cool, it depends on the dvd, sometimes they only offer a few choices (french, english and spanish) good luck, hope i answered the question
