The best place to start is if you have any benefits available from your job. You can receive a reference for a doctor that may be covered under your benefits. If you are unable to locate someone to assist you this way, then there should be a county or city office of mental health, maybe community mental health. They can refer you to a counselor or psychiatrist to help you manage and treat your anger and anxiety. Another good place to turn for reference would be your own physician. They will have connections to other doctors working in the mental health profession.

Psychiatry is a psuedo-science. They have no workable solutions to mental difficulties. Their drugs cure nothing and create horrific side effects including suicidal and homicidal tendencies. They are also addictive and have severe withdrawal sympoms when you decide to come off them. These include the dramatic return of the mental symptoms they were used to suppress.
At which point you will be told to stay on them "because you obviously need them"

Recommend you get hold of a copy of "Dianetics the Modern Science of Menat Health" and read it.
This book will not only tell you why this is happening to you but also how to fix it.

Check the yellow pages......They all do the same thing: see you for 15 minutes, pass judgment, and write a script.
