on liberty city stories were can i get a helicopter im on the 1 island?

You aren't suppose to get a helicopter in GTA: LCS, but here is an "easter egg" from the game to get one. I'm not too sure if it is on the first island or not, but you can still check it out.

(P.S. This is the only place I could find about a helicopter in GTA LCS.)
