It has been known to raise blood pressure. Are you taking it to build muscle mass? Are you taking anything else that may hasten your heartbeat like Ma Haung??? Because any of these ephedra type "natural" products can raise your BP...

the creatine i took had taurine in it about oh 1000 mg and i took it constantly for about 2-3 months till i got hurt at work and i went to the hospital and they took my blood pressure and it was ellevated thast why it says only use if your over 18 cuase it will raise your blood pressure

No it doesn't. I've taken it for football and it doesnt affect my blood pressure.
