All your headaches and neck pains are due to pinched muscles. The pain they can give off is immense. The other problems they can do is unlimited. I just worked with a fellow in Canada who had cluster headaches for 6 years. When he followed these instructions he was able to overcome them. It took a while of doing them a few times a day and for a couple of weeks. I would say the more he does them the quicker he is going to get rid of the headaches. These are the two main ones: For your neck: place your hand alongside your head and push your thumb in under your ear and place it on the muscle there. Take your fingers and place them on the back of your neck on the muscles there. Press them together and hold a good amount of pressure on them. Then relax, take a deep breath an happening, the muscle going limp under the pressure. Continue to hold until the entire muscle has gone limp. Back: Place your left hand on your left knee. Place your right hand over your left shoulder and with your fingertips find the muscle next to your spine. Press on it and hold. Relax, take a deep breath and exhale and don’t tense up any part of your body. After about 30 seconds there should be a release happening and when it does slowly lower yourself forward onto your right leg or even over it if you can, the more over the better it is. Continue holding for a total of one minute. Then release but rest your body there for one minute longer. Then reverse and do the right side. Have him do the one for the back first then the neck.

Well, we already know how often you have headaches, but there's a little bit more we need to know..like, how long do they last, where exactly do you feel these headaches..is it on the front, on the sides..do you feel pressure..is it band-like..? DO you feel nausea or vommiting while you are having a headache? Does the light bother you..? There are many types of headaches and to be able to better treat it, we have to know the cause of the headache. I would suggest a visit to your primary health care physician, he might be able to best point you in your right direction. You might also want to visit your optometrist to rule out the possibility of these headaches being caused by anything related to vision. Best of Luck!

Yes be sure to see a DR. but it could be allergies, sinus, stress better safe then sorry. You didn't mention your age but I know I had headaches every day for months. I had all these test done showed nothing but finally my Dr. lowered my estrogen therapy and my headaches disappeared. All that suffering is finally gone. You will be fine good luck.......

It's not normal, and you definitely should see a doctor. It could be your eyesight, or migraines, or stress headaches, etc. Whatever it is, headaches are horrible to live with, and should be treated.

Well, if your environment is noisy and people annoy you, it's normal to have a headache. Still, go see a doctor, just in case.

No, you should not have so many headaches. Yes, you should see a doctor. Wouldn't be a bad idea to get your eyes checked, too.

IT COULD BE CAUSED BY A # OF THINGS. I GET ABOUT 5 HEADACHES A WEEK, SO IN MY BOOK, YOU ARE DOING GOOD! LOL NO BUT SERIOUSLY, YOU SHOULD SEE A DR. THEY HAVE GIVEN ME ALL SORTS OF MIGRAINE PILLS, BUT WHAT I FIND TO WORK THE BEST & IS A HELL OF ALOT CHEAPER IS EXCEDRIN MIGRAINE. I TAKE IT AS SOON AS I FEEL A HEADACHE COMING ON & IT TAKES CARE OF IT. I SAVE MY IMITREX FOR WHEN I DONT GET TO THE EXCEDRIN QUICK ENOUGH. GOOD LUCK!
