do people give blow jobs with condoms on or off.. like doesnt it taste gross and stufff. my friends are always talking about it and i think its gross.. dont say im gross cause im just wondering.

You can get a STD from oral sex, so it is suggested that the guy wear a condom just like he would with sexual intercourse. Please protect yourself.

Both, actually--it all depends on the situation. If, perhaps, there is a risk of STD's--ALWAYS do it with a condom, intercourse or no. Better to be paranoid than dead. Also, some people just do it that way, though frankly I prefer not to do that with my partner. I know he's clean, and vice versa, so there's no need for protection.
It's mostly situational, though.

I would do it with a condom on because you can get sexually transmitted diseases orally! If it grosses you out don't do it, when you love someone it won't be so gross. If the guy doesn't like that tell him god gave him a hand and to go use it!

Non lubricated condom on. If he says he is allergic lambskin under latex will work. Change all before intercourse for safety sake. Stay safe condoms always on.

Well, not using a condom is considered unprotected oral sex. They have flavored condoms that are meant for BJs. DO use them if u decide to go downtown...

How old is your friend. I think that is bad too. But I never have ever did that yet. so I can't tell you every thing but I can always ask my two best best best guy friends I have. I will tell you when I have the chance.

I'm going to have to say I've never gave a blow job with a condom on. They have different flavours and stuff but it still tastes like latex. Don't worry, you can't get pregnant :)
