I saw him first in Edward Scissorhands, and he just kinda stuck in my head.
There are others I like; Benicio del Toro, Brad Pitt, Jean Reno, John Travolta but I'll say JD still left the deepest impression on me.

How many in Hollywood can claim to be an actress, a model, a singer and musician, all at once? She's just so beautiful and talented.

Christian Bale because he is simply the greatest actor out there today. He is totally devoid of the whole Hollywood hype and a true thespian that lives for his art.
Renee Zellweger because she is such a chameleon. She morphed from a British singleton in Bridget Jones Diary to a true Texan, civil war farmland female in Cold Mountain. Truly brilliant.

Kevin Spacey. Physically plain and physically/psychologically talented. He is able to fulfil all roles. He was therefore able to go from supporting actor to star withing 10 years time. And achieved two Oscars in the process. Sigourney Weaver. She only appears in roles which genuinely show her talents for comic timing, aggression and passion (Alien, Dave, Ice Storm). Her unique personality is noted by the greatest directors: Ridley Scott, Ang Lee, Roman Polanski). Remains beautiful at 57.

Male - Christopher Lee as I have loved so many of his films from the 60's to the present day. For a man in his 80s to act so well in action films (Star Wars, Lord of the Rings...) is phenominal.
Female- Asia Argento. I so would... really would... over and over. I love her films too and her directing is fantastic... I would so do her...

Clint Eastwood,Sean Connery,Harrison Ford,John Travolta,Nicholas Cage,Samuel L.,-all are very versatile actors. Love every movie they've been in. For women-Sigourney Weaver, Geena Davis,-love their action movies.
