A very urgent question: If I join a website as a member, and I participated in the chat/forum room, then?

after two days or the weeks ..etc, I deleted what i wrote in that chat/forum room according to the button of deletion allowed to the member.... CAN WE CONSIDER this deletion as a case of damaging the system, i.e. criminal action?
NOTE: the website provides the participant/chatter with two buttons below his contribution: Delete and Modify)

As long as the site OFFERS you the choice of Deleting or Modifying, I don't see how it could be considered as "damaging"

if they allow deleting so no criminal action occures...
