Pretty late, there are many other things you can do in 6 hours. I loook sleep as dawdling my time. See.. you have only one chance in life, why waste it on sleep? The time you spend up, the more you achieve.. However, it's not guaranteed, your brain won't engender as much convolutions in your brain. The more convolutions you have in your brain, the smarter you are.

My body actually works best on a 30 hour day, I was unemployed for a while and when I didn't have to get up and go to work or do anything specific I ended up staying awake for about 20 hours then sleeping for 10, then I went into 6 hours of being awake and 2 hours sleep which made it very hard to get anything done. So I think I would end up balancing my awake and asleep time.

An average person's body would need the additional rest to compensate for the longer day. Roughly a third (8 hours) of a 24 hour day is recommended for sleeping, so using the same ratio, we would need an additional 2 hours of sleep for a 30 hour day

I am not alone! You too wish for a 30 hour day. Then there would be time to get things done AND have liesure time. I'd definitely be up late, when the psychic background noise is quieter because people are sleeping.

If there were thirty hours in a day, i would imagine that we would all need about an hour to an hour and a half more sleep, so we would stay up some and sleep some.

Whenever you create a void...it will get filled up very quickly. In an Utopian world, the additional time would generate time for those things we like to pursue...with far less conflict. The truth is...it would only generate additional demands on our time. Ask a homemaker who doesn't work outside the home...and they will tell you there isn't enough time in the day. The demands placed on their time is made worse by the perception they "have more time." It simply isn't true.

Stay up longer. I read and write in the evenings, and they're never long enough for everything I want to do.

I'd totally intend on going to be earlier, but it wouldn't happen. I'd be staying up later too. And I doubt I'd catch up on housework either! LOL
