Please, PLEASE don't ask other to just hand you a paintbrush or a Poogle. Most neopians don't take kindly to begging of any kind.
A paintbrush is expensive and no one is going to earn 100-200k neopoints just to hand them right over to you.
A Poogle morphing potion is like 200-500k. It shouldn't be that bad to save up.

I think I still have a paintbrush. Hang on. I don't know the rest of your question though. I'm new to the Neopets thing.
Edit: I have a yellow paintbrush, but that's it.
