Well, if used as an adjective, it can't be false at all! I use the word "heaven" all the time, to describe things that make me feel good, or that excite me, so if it's false, then my using it makes no sense at all, lol. :) Interesting question!
I think what I just said, made absolutely no sense at all, forgive me, lol. ;)

Heaven, as a place, is a Proper Noun, not an adjective. An adjective is a word that describes a noun so the only way 'Heaven' could be an adjective would be to expand it to 'Heavenly' such as that is a heavenly place. Whether it is a true or false place remains to be seen and when you die you will find out.

well most people use it as a Noun (person, place, or thing, ie Heaven being a place). therefore, is it a Real place, or a fake place?
