How long does a divorce take in Ohio, totally uncontested- both parties want to divorce, and there's no children/house/pets/assets/other property or posessions to divide? The two parties have been separated for over 2 years now.

depends on the circumstances & the laws in the state where you live.... generally, without any complications it's about 2-3 months.

Could also take YEARS if there's problems.

In Indiana it takes two months at the least after all the papers have been submitted.

it takes 6 months for the divorce to be final after all the appropriate paperwork is signed....in california, anyway.
