If you're looking around the house for bacteria laden surfaces, probably the grimiest, most infested area would be your computer keyboard.

The cracks and crevices are ideal for trapping crumbs, food and bacteria, and our moist, sweaty little hands covered in whatever we've been touching all day are constantly renewing the supply. If you eat over the keyboard it's even worse. Other activities, which I shall allude to only by mentioning 'one-hand typing' also increase the overall ick factor of the keyboard.

Your keyboard is probably way worse than your toilet in terms of bacteria, and possibly even worse than that dripping mung rag at the back of the sink.

The fact that millions of people every day use keyboards with no ill effects whatsoever goes to show how not-a-problem the level of bacteria on most objects is to our ongoing health. As people, we're pretty danged tough. It takes quite a bit to put a human down. The number of bacteria on most objects isn't a concern. There are a few strains of bacteria (i.e. Salmonella) that are more of a concern than others, but even most of them require a huge population before they can even make us ill.

So my advice is to not worry so much about it, and if you have to use the computer of someone with a cold, you might want to wash your hands thoroughly afterwards.

I would say that the bottom of a shoe would have more fungus than bacteria.

It obviously depends on the usage, but most likely, a door handle with have the most bacteria of those three. It will be mostly normal flora, but still bacteria

This depends on if you are talking about volume of bacteria, or how many different types of bacteria...
If we are talking about volume, then those people who said the intestines are on the right track.
If we are talking about different types, then the mouth is the winner here.

Your large intestine. By volume, there's about 1/2 cup of bacteria in there! (They're symbiotic. They help digest food, for the most part.)

The human mouth. Nastiest thing on the planet. A dog bite is cleaner than a human bite.
