Sure. Indian Casinos may be on Indian land, but that doesn't
mean that you can't hand somebody a piece of paper.
Similarly, you could serve somebody with papers overseas
or even on the high seas.

Anyone can be served child support papers, it doe not matter what job they have, not actually getting the support is another thing, its best to go through the court, and if you have the persons social security number, you can have a trcer put on where they will automatically deduct it from their paycheck after taxes good luck

In some states a government agency cant serve papers at a persons work. Check your laws.

What does working in an Indian casino have to do with it? If someone owes child support they owe it..They might not be able to pay it, but it doesn't change the fact that they owe it.
