on 4 july last year a family event i was ganged by 3 women of another family that lived acrossthe street from two of my family members who both live by her one at one end and one at the other whilei was 4 months pregnant my child was burned by a firework and the police was called i left the seen and later was arrested for burglary 1 and the complaint was that me and 3 guys and a lady came into her house of 2 grown daughters and a son messed up the house she was cut and boiling water is what she said i did to her back. now i have a complaint that says i did everything and another that says i throgh the hot water on her they can't find the lady that made the complaint but they have her witnesses describing the person who did this as 5'6 im 5'7 and darkskinned and i am very much light skinned with blonde braids and they named the person someonelse and her witnesses never said i was their i think its spite they are offern 10 year to me and she was drunk i have witnesses its over a yr old

GET A LAWYER IF ITS THE WAY YOU PUT IT, NO VICTIM NO CRIME. THE COURT CANNOT CHARGE YOU FOR A CRIME IF THE VICTIM IS NOT THEIR TO ACCUSE YOU. GET A LAWYER. AN ATTORNEY WILL EAT THIS CASE UP.
