when we do blow insulation. We have that full body suit, but it's hot as hell. I'm the one who has to wear it, isn't it my choice?

No, it's not your choice, it's hers to decide what she gets inside her body! Why don't you just try to ask her calmly for her reasons (not at sex time). She must have some good reasons for wanting you to wear it, if not, you can always negotiate.
