I've been getting regular periods since I was 12 years old. I've NEVER missed a period (except when I was on birth control 2 years ago for a total of 10 months) But as soon as I went off of it I started getting my periods regular again as normal....How do I know if I even ovulate?

I had a miscarriage ONCE when I was 17 and on the birth control. But never after that and never had any other period problems. I do get pretty bad cramps though.

take your temp for a month. If it goes up slightly mid month, you are ovulating.

Women usually ovulate 8 to 14 days after their period... usually your temp. will rise slightly and you may have a clear discharge during ovulation... you could also use an ovulation test that you can buy at Walgreens

You can do one of 2 things...get an ovulation test...you pee on the stick for about a 5 day period...or you can go for a blood test on teh 21st day of your cycle
