It could be that you always choose the room furthest from the souce of the heat for your home, such as a furnace or fireplace. It could be that you simply always put your bed on an outside wall furthest from the heat source in your room.

A number of things can affect the temperature in certain parts of the house compared to others parts.
Here are a few things that can make a room cooler than the rest of the house:
If your room is on the north side of the house because the sun is the hottest on things that are south facing.
If you have smaller or less windows in your room.
If you have more vents from your cooling system in your or around your room.
If you have tile floor in or near your room.
If your room is lower than the rest of the house because cool air sinks and flows like water down steps or down hills.
If your rooms curtains or blinds are closed all or most of the day.
If there are trees outside near your room to shade the sun.

It certainly feels like you've a haunting. the position a majority of those people are arising with exorcisms and demonic crap is previous me. The spirit has not led to any damage (except some rattled nerves, perchance). you could chosen to stay with it, or ask a spiritualist to help it flow to the subsequent realm. for my area, i have lived in 4 "haunted" homes. None of them were malicious or risky. They were both presences that I usually left out, or loved, searching on the situations. If the tapping bothers you, only ask "John" to offer up. My guess is that he will. oftentimes, paranormal study would not hardship the spirit. If the researcher is adamant about getting a reaction, they could reply with some frustration, even if it truly is continually only interior the type of "supply up that." in spite of decision you're making, I wish you the finest of success.

Something is following you, from house, to house. Don't stress. Whoever it is, may just like your company. It's not there to hurt you. My house is freezing, and has some really strange stuff happen, some times, but i've just lived with it. I'm not hurt and, apart from a big heating bill, don't mind. I just get a startle, when i'm watching the T.V, and a girl is in the reflection, sometimes.( standing at the back of the couch....)

Normally the bedroom is where you are the least active (no, I'm not trying to suggest anything about your sex life). Seriously, when you are lying down or sleeping you will feel colder than when you're walking around.

Also note where your thermostat is. Is it located in the central part of your home? Then that room usually is the living room and has much more activity.

Are you choosing the north or south facing room?
Assuming you live in the northern hemisphere, chose the south facing - it always gets more sun.
In the southern hemisphere, make sure it's north facing.

Maybe by nature you are a cold person and your "rooms" reflect this inner part of you that even you might not be able to see in your self.

For us it has always been just the opposite. Our room is always the warmest in every house.
