Well yea. The southern hemisphere has winter during the northern hemisphere's summer and vice versa. Now closer to the middle, say the equater, it does not get cold but then at the poles it stay freezing.

Now in Tennessee, we have 2 seasons: Winter and Road Construction. LOL!

Be more specific about where you're talking about. If you mean the Southern Hemisphere then yes. If you mean the South Pole then it's cold there all the time. If you're from the US or Canada and you're talking about Central America then no, they do not have very much cold weather.

Well, i live in the southern hemisphere....actually very near the equator. During winter time (end of the year) it is monsoon season & high tide. However, nowadays as the weather & climate changes, it's uncertain...

i live in se texas
our winters are like your summers.
well technically we only have 2 seasons in texas- summer and mid summer
