As far as I know, there is no authorisation code. It's part of a plot that was abandoned/postponed.
People will say they cracked it, but convienetly, they can never remeber how or where they found out how to do it.

The code you needed to put in would have been a special code that people found inside a packet of neopets trading cards, or another item. However like the above comment stated, this was never activated on the site as the plot was cancelled.
