PC are the most used computers and have more probabilities to have more programs for PC, unfortunately they are more vulnerable to viruses and trojans.

Macs are not use much and they don't have the same support for Macs, though it is very hard to get infected by a virus/trojan/spyware.

:)

A PC has a lot of possibilities, many brands and models, they can easy be extended and upgraded.
Every program you can think of you will find, often free or cheep.
A PC can run many OS, windows versions, OS/2, eComStation, BeOs, all kind of linux versions and so on.
For the money you get a lot of possibilities.

A mac is like a vacuum cleaner, you get what you buy, and what comes with it, you use it until its broken or out of date and then you buy a new one.
Its a lot of money at once and when you need something specific, forget it.

it really is like asking, does God exist? i imagine each and every type of computing device has its sure reward. even if, I genuinely have by no ability offered an Apple only because they cost two times or 3 circumstances as a lot for an similar hardware factors. So i look at it this way...do i favor to spend 2 or 3 circumstances as a lot funds on a not user-friendly disk or reminiscence or in spite of, or spend one million/2 or one million/third that quantity and get more beneficial computing device for an similar quantity of money? Plus, i am going to continually improve my factors, considering I construct my personal computers - that you won't be able to do with a Mac - you're stuck with their proprietary hardware and also you're stuck with their proprietary enhancements. if you're a penny pincher like me who needs the most important bang for the dollar, you'll construct your own computing gadget computing device. it truly is a thanks to do it, as far as i'm in touch. yet in case you purely must have dressmaker clothing, and force a Mercedes, then get a Mac.
